Week Two: All things YOGA

  • Understanding asana
  • Understanding breath work
  • Understanding meditation
  • Reviewing the different types of yoga 
  • Learning how to incorporate your favourite practice into everyday life

Week Three: Let’s PRACTICE

  • Movement: an asana practice
  • Breath: a meditation practice

Week Four: A way of LIFE

  • How to embody yoga as a way of life
  • How to embrace the breath work into all situations
  • Create a yoga ritual
  • How to stay connected to your ritual

If you’re feeling bogged down with duties and responsibilities and you want a place to play, a place to have some fun and a place to feel grounded & balanced again. You will be recharged and rejuvenated by diving into the bottomless well of your own energies. You will be supported to reclaim your personal courage. You will develop greater trust in your intuition, your inner guidance and your authenticity. 

Do I have to have experience with meditation?
No, this is not the Eat, Pray Love version where you sit in robes and meditate in silence for hours. This is the kind of meditation that flows, is easy and most importantly short.
