Redefining self-care by nurturing your creative & mindful self.

When asked “how are you,” how do you respond? The most often used phrase is “busy.” Busy isn’t actually a feeling, it’s a state. Busyness does not equal productivity and productivity does not equal self-worth. Busy keeps us from being still and experiencing who and what we are: Breath, body, thought, creativity, human. Out of stillness comes creativity, joy and presence.

IMAGINE your body and your mind being in the same place at the same time.

IMAGINE feeling a true sense of love (for yourself & others).

During this WORKSHOP you will be:

  • Guided through a visualization that creates stillness

  • Engaging in creativity time

  • Focusing on noticing areas of distraction, changing those thoughts into more presence and creating gentleness around your inner self-talk (there is plenty of room for ah ha! moments)

Ready? I know you want to be more present in your life. This workshop was made for you, love.

FAQ'S

Who is this workshop for?
YOU! Anyone. Everyone. Are you feeling bogged down with duties and responsibilities of life? Are you looking for a place to play, have some fun and feel grounded again. You will be recharged and rejuvenated by your own creative energies. You will be supported to access your personal courage. You will develop greater trust in your intuition, your inner guidance and your authenticity.

Do I have to be "good" at art?
First things first, "good" is a matter of opinion and here "opinions" are not part of the process. I personally guarantee that you and your creativity will feel embraced and validated. Your personal expression will be encouraged to bloom, blossom and grow like some beautiful prairie crisium!

Do I have to have experience with meditation?
No, this is GUIDED and certainly not the Eat, Pray Love version where you sit in robes and meditate in silence for hours. This is the kind of meditation that flows, is easy and most importantly short.
