CAMERA BASICS

Learn to use a DSLR with basic photography skills. It can be hard to understand the basics of your camera. Kristin has over 20 years experience working primarily on location in the commercial photography industry. She can show you everything you need to know to get started using your camera to its full potential.

FAQ'S

Who is this workshop for? Do I have to have experience?

YOU! Anyone. Everyone. No, previous experience needed, absolute beginners are welcome. This class is suitable for anyone aged fourteen and older. 

Do I have to be artsy or crafty to do this?

No, these are entry level skills. Want to experience some easy crafting? Want to get out, be social and do something with your hands? This workshop is for you.

Do I need to bring anything?
Students must bring a camera and user manual/guide. DSLR and film cameras are welcome. Please note Learning is faster on digital due to the ability to see the results as you learn.

DIGITAL CAMERA will need batteries and charger, memory card(s)


FILM CAMERA  will need film and battery (if applicable).Tripod (optional)

Can I come more then once?
Yes, if you wanted to, you would build on your skills by coming more often. Every class will have its own unique creative flare.
