STAMP CARVING is a printmaking tool. Cut images that can be reproduced a number of times. Many stampers love to create their own stamps. Learn how!

Mediated Modular Prints and/or rubber stamping. Let's make multiples! Spend an afternoon, learning or increasing your skills in carving rubber stamps. We'll try carving negative and positive images, do a 3 or 4 color reduction print, try carving and printing on various material, carve a a personalized monogram, try various transfer and tracing techniques in order to carve original drawings as well as copied stencils.

Supplies: Materials are provided and you leave with your stamps, your very own shiny new scalpel and cutting board.

Warning : We will be using very sharp objects and this activity is highly addictive!

Do I have to come to all the dates listed?
NO! You sign up for ONE of the dates listed. You can make your project in one evening.

Who is this workshop for?
YOU! Anyone. Everyone. This is easy for beginner crafters to learn the basics.

Do I have to have experience with carving?
No, absolute beginners are welcome. 

Do I have to be artsy or crafty to do this?
Nope. This is an entry level skill. You need to get out be social and do something with your hands? This workshop is for you.

Is this like paint night?
No. It is better.   ;) You can personalize it.
