FAQ'S

Do I have to come to all the dates listed?
Well... you could... This class is facilitated as a “stand alone” event. Though if you wanted to, you would build on your skills by coming more often. Every class will have its own unique creative flare.

Who is this workshop for?
YOU! Anyone over 16 years old. Everyone. This is easy for beginner crafters to learn the basics.

Do I have to have experience with scrapbooking and collage paper techniques?
No, absolute beginners are welcome.

Do I have to be artsy or crafty to do this?
Nope. This is an entry level skill. You need to get out be social and do something with your hands? This workshop is for you.

What is an gratitude journal?
An gratitude journal is a visual diary. It is a great way to reinforce a mindset of gratitude in your life. The best part…..although it is very intimate reflection of you, it is imagery, not words. That means it can be a safe place for you to put your most personal thoughts and feelings.

I want to try this but I am so new to the idea of mindfulness…
Mindfulness is remembering how to be present in your life. Sometimes it is as simple as remembering to breathe. If you have questions contact us. We can put it into perspective for you.

Do I need to bring anything?
No. Our instructor Cindy has an a tonne of supplies. Imagine an arts and craft retail store, which is brought to the studio for you. She generously will share with you. You will have access to stamps, inks, paints, markers, buttons, washi tapes, die cuts, ephemera and sooo much more.

Is this like paint night?
No. It is better. You can personalize it  ;)
