Strengthen and nurture the bond between you & your child.

STRONG BONDS is a transformational day of being present, spending quality time, and learning something new. Let your child be the guide as you both journey through activities of creativity, connection and gratitude. We spend most of the hours and the days of our lives hearing, explaining, complaining, or worrying about what we don’t have enough of*, it's time to slow down, take notice and be present, with and for our kids.

Together we will experience fun expressive art and dialogue between you & your child.

A strong positive relationship between parent and child can have a lasting effect:

  • It reduces challenging behaviors and increases empathy in children
  • Increases parental positive influence
  • Helps children learn to form healthy relationships in the future
  • You will both experience increased self love and self acceptance

FAQ'S

Who is this workshop for?
YOUR family! Anyone. Everyone.

What if i'd like to bring more then one child?
YES of course you can. When adding to cart, add the fee and the + ONE CHILD option. We have room for two siblings per parent.

Do we (parent & child) to be "good" at art?
First things first, "good" is a matter of opinion and here "opinions" are not part of the process. We personally guarantee that you & your creativity will feel embraced and validated. Personal expression is encouraged.

Do we (parent & child) have to have experience with meditation?
No, this is not the Eat, Pray Love version where you sit in robes and meditate in silence for hours. This is the kind of meditation that flows, is easy and most importantly short.
