ART JOURNALING is fusing refection time with ART and mindfulness. Do you find yourself flitting from one thing to another, not really able to focus on one thing? We can drive ourselves crazy with to-do lists, thoughts, desires, and attachments. Perhaps meditation will give you super powers, perhaps it will help you rein in your egos and emotions…. perhaps not. It looks different for each person. This process can help you show up in your life, help you show up for your family and most importantly show up for yourself. Together we will embark on a journey of reflection, art and introspection. Art journals are "written" in a visual language only you understand.

Each class will focus on a "journal prompt" and a bit of mindfulness. You will learn how to use mixed media collage techniques, layering and paper shapes to create pages reflective of your personal story.  
SAMPLE

No experience necessary. Professional art supplies included, if you already have a favourite journal, please bring it.
